How do I get started?
Create an account at smartcemic.com, then sign in on the web or in the Android app from Google Play. Log your day on the Today page and, if you like, connect a health app.
Do I need a device?
No. SmartCemic™ Wellness works without a device. SmartCemic devices are in development and are not yet available to order.
Where can I use SmartCemic?
On the web at smartcemic.com and in the Android app on Google Play. Your data stays in sync between them.
What is SmartCemic BIP?
The SmartCemic Biomarker Intelligence Platform gives clinical and research teams tools to view and manage biomarker data. Use Email Us at the top of this page to ask about access.
Which plan is right for me?
Plans and what each includes are shown at smartcemic.com/pricing.
Can I cancel?
Yes, at any time. Cancel in Google Play or the App Store if you subscribed there, or in your account settings for web subscriptions. Your plan stays active until the end of the paid period.
Where are the billing terms?
Billing, trials and cancellation are covered in our Terms of Service.
How do I share with my doctor?
Add their email in Settings, then Data Sharing. Once they verify, use Share on any report in Reports.
How do I stop sharing?
Use Revoke in Settings, then Data Sharing. Nothing new is shared after that.
Do you sell my data?
No. We never sell your personal or health information. Read our Privacy Policy.
Can I get a copy of my data?
Yes. You can request a copy, a correction or deletion at any time. See Your Rights.
Is SmartCemic a medical device?
No. SmartCemic is for general wellness and information only. It does not diagnose, treat or prevent any disease.
Can I use readings for treatment decisions?
No. Do not use SmartCemic readings for medication or insulin decisions. Always talk to a qualified healthcare provider.
When will devices be available?
SmartCemic devices are in development. Follow us on LinkedIn for news.
